John Force Makes it 3 in a Row for JFR!

For the third consecutive race, John Force Racing claimed victory in the Funny Car category.  John Force picking up his second win in three races and the 153rd of his career over Robert Hight at the NHRA New England Nationals in Epping, New Hampshire.

In route to an all-John Force Racing final, Force defeated Cory Lee, J.R. Todd and Terry Haddock to match up with teammate Hight in the final round.  On the other side of the ladder, Robert Hight defeated Alexis DeJoria, Bob Tasca III, and Tim Wilkerson to meet Force.

In the final, Force would maintain his consistency running 3.972-seconds at 327.51 mph to defeat Hight’s 3.993 at 323.35.  The win moves Force to second in the Funny Car point standings, only 15 out of first.

In Top Fuel, Brittany Force came up short against Antron Brown in the opening round after dropping a cylinder with a 3.843-second run to Brown’s 3.773 second victory.

The John Force Racing team heads next to Norwalk, Ohio, June 24-27th for the next event on the NHRA schedule.
